Company Overview
PakIdent is a private document support and consulting firm registered in England & Wales. We provide general administrative assistance related to document preparation, form structuring, and paperwork guidance.
We are not a law firm, immigration consultancy, or government-authorized body. We do not process applications, issue documents, or provide legal advice.

Scope of Services
PakIdent offers the following types of services:

  • General administrative guidance for document organization and form review
  • Non-legal support for the preparation of paperwork
  • Advisory services for cross-border document formatting and planning
  • Coordination of third-party services such as translation (if agreed in advance)
  • We do not guarantee outcomes of any applications or submissions. Final responsibility for document filing or decisions lies with the client and the receiving authority or organization.


Payments
Payment is required in full before services begin unless otherwise agreed in writing. All payments are processed securely through approved payment gateways. The name “PakIdent” or a related descriptor will appear on your card or bank statement.

Refund Policy
Refunds are available only under the following conditions:

  • A full refund will be issued if no work has been started and the refund is requested within 24 hours of payment.
  • Partial refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis for work that has started but not completed.
  • No refunds will be granted for completed services.
  • To request a refund, please contact us.

 

Limitation of Liability
PakIdent is not liable for:

  • Delays, rejections, or outcomes related to any documentation you submit
  • Losses resulting from misuse or misinterpretation of our advice
  • External third-party issues, including government, legal, or translation service outcomes
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services rendered.

 

Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Submitting all required forms and supporting documents
  • Verifying that their paperwork complies with the requirements of the relevant authority

 

Confidentiality & Data
All information provided by clients is handled with strict confidentiality. We do not share or disclose your documents or personal data with any third parties unless required by law or with your written consent.

All content on this website, including text, branding, design, and layout, is the property of PakIdent Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without prior written permission.

Governing Law
